Booking Policies & Procedures
The World Cup of Cups
INVOICING
Performance dates and times for a Destination Theatre production are first confirmed by email or phone. Upon this confirmation, the hosting venue or company (“Venue”) enters into a contractual agreement with Destination Theatre (“Destination”).
The Venue is responsible for marketing the show and securing ticket sales. Destination may promote the show through its database and social media outlets periodically, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.Destination will provide the Venue with a marketing package including graphics, show rhetoric/descriptions, promotional videos, and all necessarytechnical and artistic support for the production
Once dates and times are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of thetotal booking fee is required to hold the engagement. The Venue must remit the deposit within seven (7) days of confirmation. Failure to do so releases Destination from holding the reserved dates. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due no later than three (3) days before the scheduled event.
CANCELLATIONS

To receive a full refund, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit, the Venue must cancel more than two weeks before the performance date.

No Refund
If the Venue cancels during the week of the event, 100% of the booking fee is owed to Destination.

Payments are due on the date listed in the invoice..
Payments can be made via check with no processing fee.

SEATING REQUIREMENTS
The Venue must have the performance space arranged in the required configuration prior to Destination’s arrival for load-in. If the Venue believes the setup may be challenging or impractical, they should contact Cory Phelps, Artistic Director, to discuss possible adjustments.
Performance Space - Destination can perform in almost ANY indoor area. The performance space or “stage” must simply be an open area - roughly 15’ by 15’, with chairs facing the “stage.”

Destination’s tech team will set up a “stage management booth” in the back of the performance space.
Destination’s performers will need access to one outlet close to the “stage management booth” area.
Performers will travel with all necessary technical equipment, unless otherwise arranged with Venue. Destination will ensure all cables are thoroughly taped down and secured to the floor.
Destination requires that no other events take place in the room where the performance occurs.
